We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and, preferably, in its original package.
As most of Gourmet Living’s products are consumable, we will gladly replace any product which you feel is defective after consumption. Simply contact email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that this must occur with 30 days of purchase.
In the event that items are returned to Gourmet Living, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You should receive a credit with a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
